This helps catering staff understand Time2eat operating procedures and support guidelines, giving them confidence to ask for changes or extra assistance when needed.

Our hardware provider’s technicians will install the equipment. Our skilled deployment team oversees operations, bringing extensive expertise in Project Management, thorough understanding of the Time2Eat system, and strong capabilities in change management. Providing end to end service delivery, support and on-going training for clients and staff through this transition.

If the client owns the current system. We suggest contacting your current hardware provider to uninstall the equipment and dispose of it according to WEEE regulations if it has reached the end of its life by the day the new system is installed.
